Rule 20
A special general meeting that does not reach a quorum will be terminated
(1) When a special general meeting is convened according to rule 19, if the quorum is not reached within 15 minutes after the time of the meeting, the meeting can be adjourned until one more time.
(2) Even when the next meeting is convened according to sub-rule (1), if the quorum is not reached, the meeting will be considered closed.
